This blog is dedicated to swatches (not the watches) the pretty colorful kind! I'll be attempting to swatch my entire collection of makeup. And for me this is a huge undertaking, as I have an embarrassingly large amount of the stuff. I'm going to start with my favorite brand, Bare Escentuals and, more specifically, my favorite product of theirs, eye shadows! This will be an on going project so check back often, or better yet subscribe and you won't miss out!

Eventually I'd love to add more features, for example, one where you can compare eye shadows (or other products) side by side, or search for any purples in any category. I'm always seeing new eye shadows and thinking, "I love this color but do I have anything similar, or do I really NEED this one?" Since I can't check my entire stash every time, I usually end up buying it... I know it's terrible but this may end up benefiting someone! I hope this site helps you if you're trying to be good and want to know if a color is similar to something you already own and therefore makes it easier to turn down. Or if you want to buy new stuff but don't have time to go running around all over town looking at each one side by side. Or heaven forbid you don't live near the only store that sells what you want! Then again maybe you're just curious or like me, obsessed with a certain color and need every eye shadow ever made in that color.
